Toys For Tots - Belleview 2005

Well, this was our first show after the inaugural meeting.  We made a few mistakes and learned a few lessons.  We had 9 cars there - three of them took home trophies.  I couldn't get photos of them with their trophies because as soon as trophy presentation was over, everyone cleared out!  It was a mad-house getting out of there.  Hopefully though, I'll be able to get together with the winners and get photos of their trophies to put on here at a later date.

Lesson #1 - Next time, we will meet and drive in together so that we can park together instead of here and there.

How many people does it take to apply a decal?

Still trying to get that decal just right for the obsessive El Presidente!

Real Men Drive Big Blocks!

Ron's 68 Camaro. Quote for the day, "President should drive a car like this." "You're giving it to me?"

Ron's 68 Camaro from the rear.

Silver 68 Camaro - rumor has it he bought it at Turkey Rod Run the weekend before....this car took home a Top 30 trophy too.

Jan's Toy and Ogre's Car

Line-up of F-bodies.

This car is a home-built car...not a kit! We talked to him and the rear grill is from a refrigerator I think!

Zaralou's VW!

Parking was horrible...(I don't think they expected nearly 150 cars) so please, forgive the photos with all the chairs, etc blocking the cars.  I tried to crop them out on some of the photos.
